KNIME.com offers a support and maintenance subscription for reliable, stable, and well-tested KNIME versions of KNIME Desktop and KNIME Report Designer, which streamlines professional use and integration into enterprise IT. This is a professional support contract; there is no functional difference to the freely available KNIME desktop or KNIME Report Designer versions.

At A Glance

A one year KNIME Desktop subscription contract includes:

  • regular updates enabling early access to new features
  • patches, bug fixes and security updates inbetween regular open-source releases
  • direct email access to the KNIME development team
  • free support requests (number depending on contract size)
  • discount for one-day user training for KNIME Desktop (at the KNIME offices in Zurich, Switzerland)

In additon the KNIME Report Designer Support contract includes:

  • the above for the Report Designer product/software/environment
  • discount for half-day user training for KNIME Report Designer (at the KNIME offices in Zurich, Switzerland)

Multi-year support contracts are also available.
