Regular updates enabling early access to new features
Be the first to know about and test features of new versions of KNIME or KNIME Report Designer. As a KNIME subscriber you will obtain access to BETA versions and release candidates of the next KNIME release. This gives you the opportunity to test the new features in your environment and have possibly occurring issues fixed before the release.
Patches, bug fixes and security updates inbetween regular open-source releases
Whenever a critical bug is discovered and fixed or once a certain amount of non-critical bugs have been fixed you receive access to these patches and bug fixes.
Direct email access to the KNIME development team
We assign a dedicated developer to answer your support requests. This ensures consistency: the developer quickly becomes familiar with your context and working environment because you always communicate with the same person.
Free support requests (number depending on contract size)
We distinguish between three subscriptions categories for KNIME Desktop or KNIME Report Designer (see below).
Discount for one-day user training (at KNIME offices in Zurich, Switzerland)
We hold regular user training sessions at our office in Zurich, Switzerland. KNIME subscribers are given a 30% discount to one of these one-day user training sessions. For KNIME Report Designer support subscribers we offer an additonal half-day training session, which is also discounted by 30%.
Single User
You are the only person to use KNIME within your group or company. The maximum number of support requests is 15 requests per year.
Small Group
You have up to 10 KNIME users in total and the expected maximum number of support requests is not more than 50 per year.
Department or SME
You have up to 50 KNIME users in total and the expected maximum number of support requests is not more than 100 per year.
Enterprise
There are more than 50 KNIME users within your company and therefore you expect to have considerably more than 50 support request per year. Alternatively, you require a multi-site or world-wide support and maintenance subscription. If any of these statements apply to you: please contact us
