The workshop is targeted to researchers and practitioners working on high content screening applications and interested in using, and/or integrating tools into KNIME. In particular, the following goals are of prime interest:
- identify the data management challenges in High Content Screening
(HCS) when using workflow technology
- discuss concerns and achievable goals in the mid-to-long term, beyond the next 3 years
- standardization of a unifying KNIME API and node architecture.
